Continuation of PC troubles... no HD found

here was my original thread, regarding PC not working properly --

since then, added new power supply ... i have power,
get a double 'beep' POST, but no hard drive found.

when i installed the new power supply, i could not find a 'connector' to the back of the HD [its a SATA]
but then, i could not recall if i unplugged a connector or not .. so i got the old/dead unit .. and there was no connector for the HD.
so why is there no power, i'm assuming ... getting to the HD?

I've unplugged and replugged the cables from the MOBO to the drive... still nothing.
