Gorgeous....how would you describe the fragrance?

DeRidder, LA(Zone 9a)

Paul, would this be the same vine that I'm growing? The seeds I started this vine from either came from ebay or DonnaB. My tag was lost in storm last year.

Chantel Cinnamon

DeRidder, LA(Zone 9a)

Chantell, I agree with Paul about the fragrance of cinnamon. It also has a pleasant earthy tone mingled with this cinnamon smell. The bees, butterflies, & hummers love this vine. Here is a photo taken today.

Thank you Gordon.....Lol, I was just thinking about sharing this vine with you. I emailed Paul to see if he would mind me starting you some cuttings as I consider this his baby to name, sale, or trade first.
Seems like I winter-sowed my seed. I've had lots of luck using this method of starting seed. If my vines make seed I'll share those with you. So far I've had tons of blooms, but no fruit.
Dollie

Forgot to add.....That's exactly the area I have my coffee at in the morning :)

Ahhh I DO have a baby "red" of some kind...forgot about that when typing. Was thinking of the ones IN the ground - that I know to be hardy.
