Hibicus Tree Can I plant this Flower or Tree?

Can I plant this and leave it in ground through the winter our zone is 7b ? Or should i leave it in pot and bring it inside in fall?

It looks like a tropical hibiscus to me which means you'll need to bring it in.

What zone you in? I can leave tropical hibiscus outside but they do die back to the ground. In your case you would lose the tree form.

That looks like a tropical for sure to me.
