Please help. I germinated some meconopsis grandis and betonicifolia this winter indoors. They have poked along, but finally some got big enough to put outside in the shade (Seattle) and now several of them are developing black, wilted leaves. It seems to start at the tips and move inwards. A couple of plants are down to nubs. Is this a fungus? What do I do?

Sorry I can't help, but I would suggest you call your county Extension office. They should be able to help you.
