Adenium Seeds

I have some Adenim seeds that are probably 6 to 8 years old. They've been stored in a cool, dry place. Are they too old to germinate?

I have heard of Adenium germinting after 3 years , but I would like to find out if they do keep longer. I would certainly give them a try just out of curiosity and keep us updated on them. The only other way is to open a couple and see if they are still alive inside the seed coat. Bob.
