ID Iris and Bugs

I got this iris as an extra when I bought some and it is beautiful, a nice dark blue. Anyone know the name? Also, there are some roundish little white bugs on the leaves behind it. Anyone know what they are?

Could be Titan's Glory or Dusky Challenger -- impossible to tell from a photo. Little white bugs??? Could be a lot of things. Prime candidate, aphids.
