(Can you tell it's Mothers Day? LOL)

The tag says it isn't winter hardy here but PlantFiles says it is...
Anyone growing this in my zone and had it over winter?
Got any good tips to make it multiply FAST?
I am thinking about "plugging" it so it spreads faster?
