Bob Fox of the raptor birds rescue group Wild At Heart stopped in . We had a great visit and he liked what I was doing . He had been told by a mutual freind/aquaintence about what I had done and he came to see for himself . Prior to this we had ,had only a few phone conversations . He said that what he saw exceeded his expectations .
The exciting thing for me was we talked about a modifacation I could do in the attic of my garage and build a nesting area for some barn owls which he would bring down . So in addition to the burrowing owls , sometime in the not too far distant future I will be host to some barn owls .
Is'nt that a hoot ?

I did as you asked Mrs_Ed .
The barn owl project may be a little while in happening as there is a lot of other things to be finished first but it will happen and I will take pics as/once it gets started .
