Wow! What a great homecoming present! I agree with Denise's preferences completely. Hopefully you will have more yet before the spring is over.

Love-love-love Dinky Circus Baby!!!

Great colors on all!!!!

Anita--do you find that the flower is more aril looking in ABs if the aril is the pod parent. I made my one cross that way. More aril type than SDB type although some flowers just at the signal otherwise not too aril. I tossed the ones that just looked like SDBs.

Pylesville, MD(Zone 6b)

Yes only one with SDB look Arilbred had required 2 traits, the ones with OGB parent so far 7 of 9 that bloomed looked arilbred with 3+ traits

Los Alamos, NM(Zone 5a)

It is good to know that info about breeding arilbreds, but so far, I haven't been tempted to do that.

South Hamilton, MA

Start with the easier things first. I mistyped earlier, the SDB was the pod parent, 4 looked aril, 3 had signal only & 4 looked SDB.

Re Dinky Circus seedling, while it doesn't seem to have anthrocyanin on the petals, the stigmatic lip looks purple--its true color?

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Very nice Anita... If I had to pick a favorite Iit would be 04LSEnr08.

Congratulations on a nice bunch of seedlings. Dan

the beard is very very pale blue base with an even paler blue flush down the fall

South Hamilton, MA

I had to look very closely, but did see some blue at the base of the bds, interesting.
