Evergreen vine suggestions please

I have an ugly fence that I want to 'vine up'. Does anyone have any suggestions for evergreen vines?

bower vine stays evergreen in my zone. consider any of the climbing roses including lady banks. Another option is star jasmine.

Starjasmine blooms in spring mostly. There are also other jasmine vines that bloom in summer. I am trying J.molle, J.azoricum and J.tortuosum this year. Got them from Logee's and top tropicals.
