Does anyone know if the seedlings should be pinched to make a fuller plant?

I don't but you could always pinch half of them and see what happens. Make sure, before you pinch, that they have at least one set of true leaves.
I didn't know you planted bacopa from seed before...did you ever tell me that??? yes there are a few true leaves for sure right now!!
I started off by saying I don't know so it's just my suggestion. Let's hope someone who has grown it will post.
When you pinch an annual plant you "break the apical dominance" and instead of one stem you'll get two more from the joint where you pinched. After they grow and you pinch again you'll get four more stems, etc., etc.
Hmmmm ok thanks for that lesson but it still leaves me confused hehehe!!!
