Shrimp Recipes?

Kawonkamish(Greetings),

I was wondering, does anyone have a good recipe for shrimp? My mother's friend gave us 8 lbs. of frozen uncooked shrimp. The only recipe I have is for Shrimp Satay(I've posted it below). Any help would be great. Taubotny(Thank you) in advance.

Shrimp Satay

2 garlic clove, crushed
6 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. sherry
2 red chili pepper, seeded & sliced (reserve 6 slices)
1/2 tsp. sea salt
12 jumbo or 24 medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
oil
rice, cooked

~ Thoroughly mix together garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry chili pepper and sea salt, except 3 slices of chili pepper; add shrimp and marinate for 2 hours.
~ Remove shrimp from the marinade, and set aside. Pour marinade into a microwave safe bowl and cook until it boils.
~ Thread the shrimp onto skewers, brush with oil and broil, basting with reserved marinade.
~ Serve on a bed of cooked rice, garnish with reserved chili pepper.
