I'm finally getting this started. Sorry for the delay. It has kind of been a rough day for me. I'm not as strong as I thought I would be. This blood sugar issue has me wondering just which way I really am sometimes. Both high and low have so many of the same symptoms. I am not going start testing every few hours just to see. I'll just have to muddle thru the next few days. Eat a little bit of high protein every few hours along with some high fiber carbs. I need to get my meals for tomorrow made tonight. And get myself to bed soon. To be at work at 8 may be more difficult tomorrow than some days.
