Sniff. They're all crunchy and brown :(. All my nice Tater plants, that came up where last years' had failed (I thought). Three day ago they were lovely and green, and growing well. The part under the mulch still seems to have some life (at least, the stems aren't shriveled), but I'm wondering what happened to them. We had a cold snap, but from what I saw, no freeze. There may have been frost, tho. Would that have been enough to knock them back like this, or do I need to look for another cause? I'm very sad, I was soooo excited to see them.
Nothing else seemed to be affected at all, but I hadn't planted anything really "tender".
Any thoughts?
