My Ti plants always end up with brown tipped leaves. I'm not sure what they want or don't want. Watered regularly, not in full sun, but do get salt spray.
Several dracena (marginata I think) lose bottom leaves and end up a long stalk with large "head" at the top. Do all dracena do this??
Thanks
Tilly
Ti / Dracena
Most Dracena, unless in very humid, warm climates, lose the lower leaves, leaving a 'palm-like' silohuette. D marginata always look like that... even in Hawaii. Many Dracena have water quality issues.. and brown tip easily if watered with 'crummy' water.. also they brown tip if drying out too much (and rot if watered too much in cold weather... sometimes tricky out here in So Cal).
