Anyone here Allergic to Wine?

The reason I ask is I just learned I am. The one small glass of red wine in the evening that my Doctor said would good for my heart simply winds up ruining my evening and most of the next day!

So, I started Googling and sure enough there are people like me who immediately have a sneezing fit after the first sip.That's sometimes followed by congestion and coughing up phlegm. I briefly considered switching to white wine but why bother? The heart benefits seem to be only in the red wines.

I'm posting this so that others might be tipped off and won't as dim witted as I was in not discovering this much sooner.
