Yes Deb they are both aroids: Syngonium

It is from next door and keeps growing over/threw the fence.
Is it a good plant or bad?

Its a Tradescantia of some sort Debi. If it gets Purple flowers its called Dichorisandra, but I think its not. It is a weed though, and dogs get allergies to it. Hope this helps.
