Makes me long for garage sales and spring cleaning excess that ends up on curbs..to say nothing about the college student move out days...so many $$ things tossed away during that week, that the city police are patrolling the areas to prevent the sidewalk shoppers from shopping and creating a disturbance, Misuse of police time in my mind!!
