I'm growing tomatoes in the greenhouse for the first time. My first Brandywine looks like this. Any recommendations why?
Thanks
Karl
wierd tomatoes
Can't tell for sure from your picture but it looks a lot like the kind of damage slugs do to my tomatoes.
It's actually growing that way rather than having been eaten.........
Cold temps during pollination causes mis-shapen fruits, especially with Brandywine and similar varieties. Is that a possibility in the greenhouse? I know that temps can fluctuate wildly in mine sometimes.
My first fruits in the spring are more likely to have weird, twisted shapes till the weather moderates.
It does look like some sort of pest damage though.
