How nice to see all these nice things about my hometown! Did you know we are working hard to establish a botanic garden here in T.C. as well? See our website at www.NorthWestMichiganGarden.org.
I had heard about that! Cant wait. I will be in Leelanau all summer so i will have to help out in some way. TC is a beautiful city. Its my favorite for sure! I will very likely settle in that area in the future.
Nice to see someone who lives there on DG!
I've been to Karen's and BOY OH BOY what a lucky person!
She lives on Old Mission Peninsula!
Growing conditions are perfect on the peninsula nestled between the two bays. The peninsula is rolling and scenic with beautiful vistas and dotted with cherry orchards and vineyards.
We stayed at Field of Dreams B& B across from Château Chantal Vineyard once and had a wonderful time. Make sure to have lunch at the Old Mission Tavern which also houses an art gallery.
We LOVE going up north!
