Looking for Iris ID

I tried the plant ID forum, but I do not think this rings a bell for them.

Does anyone have any idea what kind of iris this is (I am assuming it is an iris...)

dose it have a bulb or rhizome?

I am not sure what kind of root system it has. Unfortunately, it is among some other plants that have similar foliage and I cannot differentiate it until it blooms (assuming it does bloom again.)
