Pudgy.
March Daily Weather III, Spring a week away
OK, so if that were her name, what owuld her chicks names be? She needs a unique category, and not a derrogatory [sp?] one LOL
Ah...like horses?
ooooooh! is that a daffodil? they are beginning to bloom here too!
so, like a Pudgy pony? and her feather-footed offspring could be named after draft breeds with "feathered hocks"? this could be interesting...
she is certainly a keeper, & when we are certain of her breed we will order more like her...
TF no Guienea Hens???
Going to be cooler tonight, will need 2 shirts. It poured last night when we were leaving work.

Adina, I sure hope you feel better soon.
Tamara, do you like Tolkien? How about Eglantine Proudfoot? All of her chicks could have Hobbit-y names. :-)
It's a gorgeous day here. The bunnies and I met daddy at a park for lunch. I couldn't find the camera, so unfortunately I couldn't take pictures. I need to search the house for it...

TamaraFaye, when I looked at the chicks, the names that came to mind were Olive and Snyder. I have no idea why.
Adina, I hope you get to feeling better soon. I has some mystery ailment the other day. I had aches and a fever but they lasted less than 12 hours and within 24 hours I was feeling normal again.

No rain in the area....yet.
Rivers continue to rise and in some parts of Missouri, flooding continues. It is so bad in eastern and southern MO that ABC News was in Eureka, which is closer to St. Louis, and did a major story on all the floods. If we get the rains that we are supposed to get in the next few days the damage will be beyond words in some places.
Everyone who is south of 44 hwy here in MO is flooded. There are 33 counties that are under flood warnings here in MO alone.

Being away for just a couple of days makes it very hard to catch up so I'm not even going to try. Practically all of Arkansas is waterlogged right now. Streams and Rivers at flood stages, many people have had to be evacuated from their homes. Some areas received as much as 12+ inches of rain in a short period of time. Our local area did not get nearly that much but walking across our yard is like walking on a wet sponge! Thankfully, since Wed. afternoon we have had no rain in the state and the sun was shining yesterday with more sunshine today and a high of 74 predicted! No rain predicted till Sun. morning and then only a slight chance.
Everyone have a good week-end!
Edit: Oops! I'll go post in the new thread. :)
