I noticed y'all have some really awesome caudiform plants, and I was hoping you guys could tell me some of the easier varieties to start with. And then, if anybody know where I could get a hold of these plants, it'd be a wonderful help. :) If any of you have seedlings or starts, I'll trade but I know I probably don't have what you're searching for.
Thanks for the help.

Caudiciform newbie here...
Hi Andrea,
Easy caudicform plants? Hmm, try for instance Uncarina decaryi, Operculicarya decaryi, Plectranthus ernestii, Cyphostemma juttae, Fockea edulis or Pachypodium saundersii. They are generally easy to handle in cultivation and take a fair amount of water in the Summer. They are not that prone to root rot than other species like Adenium obesum (and other Adenium sp.).
Best regards,
Martin
Thanks for the advice. Here's another question:
Living in Minnesota, it will be an indoor plant... can the species you listed tolerate being indoors when the weather is poor?
Andrea
Andrea, yes if you place the plants in a south-facing window for as much sun as possible, and put them outside when the weather is hot (say above 70 F).
Best regards,
Martin
