Summer arrives shortly...

Mysore, India(Zone 10a)

This Terminalia catappa tree [Indian Almond] sheds leaves in March and September. First signs are arriving. Leaves go red and then fall off in March [means some sweeping work]. Here is a catchy sight of the red when the sun is beating from the top.

It is getting warmer now with 31C max. Will rise up to 37C at its peak of summer which is April and May. Rains in May will cool a bit but the temperature wont fall drastically. It's dry and dusty now. Leaves collect all the fugitive dust that flies up from heavy traffic and also the wind which blows across from around east to west.
