Need help on an old book title

It came out in the early 70s I think and it was simply awful, about how to be the "perfect" wife.....one chapter suggested greeting your DH at the door, wrapped in Saran Wrap. My DD and I were laughing about it the other day but neither of us could remember the title. Ring a bell with anyone?? I think it had "woman" in the title but I could be wrong. I know the hard cover edition was pink...why can I recall that and not the title or the author???? LOL Help!!
