Need help finding a weeding tool.

The show "Gardening by the Yard " showed a sring bottomed weeder that spun up the weed and allowed you to push the weed off the bottom with a push bar. I have a bad back and a very large garden. HMMM they seem to go together.
Any and all help welcome.
