Purse with broken clasp

Hi,
I have this silk purse that says Tiffany and Co. on the inside. As you can see in the photo, the clasp is broken. Would it be worth it to fix/replace the clasp? Could a jeweler do it? With the clasp repaired, what approx. would it be worth?
I'm sorry about the fuzziness of the photo--I just needed you to see the clasp.
