For anybody new to winter sowing, this is a great place for you to start! Basically, winter sowing is a method of seed starting where the sower tries to mimic the conditions nature uses to germinate seeds in that particular climate. We dedicated winter sowers find it extremely rewarding and much less work than starting seeds indoors under lights. This is my own definition and only given here to get you to read further ;0)
