Female House Finch
Resin
I wished the pic. is a little bit clearer
So do I !! ;-)
Best guess is House Finch again, but I fear this one may have to remain a UFO (Unidentified Feathered Object)
Resin
UFO it is! LOL, I'll try better next time. :)
I thought so :(

I knew I had seen this before...I had it for an ID a few months ago...but forgot...thanks.
Yes Rose yours is a Brown-headed Cowbird (male).
Thanks Pelle...Just wanted to be positive!
Resin- Reed Warbler?
Here is another I'm trying to positively ID. I did not realize there was a Carolina Chickadee...I always thought this was a Black Capped Chickadee. Here is a link showing the two and I will post 2 pics. Need this for the count. Thanks for your help...http://www.birds.cornell.edu/pfw/AboutBirdsandFeeding/chickadeeIDtable.htm
Well my link didn't work...will try again http://www.birds.cornell.edu/pfw/AboutBirdsandFeeding/chickadeeIDtable.htm

Hi Pelle, The reason I questioned it was because when I submitted Black Capped on the bird count it was questioned. I am in South West Mo and according to the range map the Carolina is here year round. The Black Capped is north of where I am located. On the link I have above if you scroll down a bit it has a larger map showing the range. I am located about 100 miles north of Ark. Gee...I'm getting too confused...they look alike to me!!
Oh gosh I was in the wrong state sorry, lol.
You really can't tell them apart so don't feel bad plus I've read they breed w/ one another where their ranges overlap so... The Carolina are slightly smaller with duller colors.

Thanks Pelle, I listed them as Carolina Chicadees mainly based on their tiny size and their call . I think I will try and send a pic to them and see if they can tell the dif. I appreciate all your help,
Clueless in Conway!
PS.. Sibley's says the yellow variant is extremely rare in Purple & Cassin's
Resin- Reed Warbler?
Sorry, no!
Here is another I'm trying to positively ID. I did not realize there was a Carolina Chickadee
I'd agree with Carolina Chickadee too.
Do you think the culmen is too straight for this to be the yellow house finch?
Looks OK for House Finch to me, the pattern of yellow is also the same as the pattern of red in a normal one.
Resin
Thanks Pelle and Resin. Carolina Chickadee was reported. It is really funny there are usually 3 of them in the front yard but have never seen one in the back yard!! Quick little bird and just so cute!
Resin,female House Sparrow.
Nope, no-one has even hit the right family yet! ;-)
oh you tease, Resin.
With that hump, I'd say some sort of grouse. Female Spruce?
Sooo, this little one is probably a Carolina Instead of a Black-capped too?!
Yep, Carolina. You are just immediately south of the border between the two; go two counties to the north, and you'll get Black-capped.
With that hump, I'd say some sort of grouse
Nope!
Resin
rats!!!!!
Nope, not a rat either ;-))
Resin...is it a Female Red-wing Blackbird?
Nope!
European species?
Yep
