Not sure how to change my recipe/want to take out the canola

I'm ready to take the canola oil out of my recipe but I'm not sure how. I use olive, palm, coconut and cocoa butter (of course right now the canola too). I want to leave the other ingredients but I'm not sure how to change this. Do I just leave the canola out and rework the SAP chart, or do I use more olive?
