That looks like Carludovica spp. 'Jungle Drum'.

Carludivica palmata is the Panama Hat Palm. No, this "Jungle Drum" is Carludovia spp. because I believe it is a hybrid creation for the foliage industry. Its also called Carludovica palm. I attached a picture for comparison.
