question on euphorbia planting seeds

hi--i bought some euphorbia summer icicle seed --i read in hardy plants .com which has great plant info that euphorbia dont like their roots disturbed--it says either plant in the ground or in deep plugs---does that mean the little seed plugs or what--tryin to tell me to get deep plugs--if it is i can start them in seed startin trays with 72 cells couldnt i --anybody know euphorbias pleeeeez stevo
