Hi, I am relatively new to DG and so far have been mostly on the garden boards. I have gained about 30lbs.in the last six months. I literally have the spare tire. I know I'm over eating to deal with emotional issues. I need some ideas of how to not eat after dinner. That is my worst time. Not the only bad time but the worst. I usually want something sweet and have even found myself eating a bowl full of chocolate chips and worse, jam straight out of the jar with a spoon. Boy, I didn't realize how pathetic I have gotten until writing it out now. Any ideas what to do about the cravings? How do others distract themselves? Thanks for listening.
