Tips, Tricks and Techniques

Nashville, TN(Zone 6b)

Many of us have quilted for years,
Many are new comers to our additive hobby.
I know there are lots of things that I have learn over my quilting years. Why don't we share our favorites tips here for all to use.

My first is
Quilting Gloves
This wonderful invention is used when machine quilting to help the quilter control the movement of the quilt under the needle as you sew. The tip of each finger is coated with rubber to give a good grip. Some brands also have a rubber coating on the palm.

Another tip. When you are ready to square the edge with the rotary cutter, make certain that your gloves are not under the fabric that you are cutting. LOL

Lets see some of your tips. I'll share more later.
