Here we go with a new thread. I haven't had a chance in a while to get some new pictures so here is a chilly cardinal from last year.
DAILY PICS Vol. 59
Your Cardinal is handsome, lilyfantn. Thank for the continuation with Vol 59 thread.
I see fresh snow with your Dark-eyed Junco, Nanny cute.
great shots gardenpom. We have lots of Starlings here and don't like them at the feeders, but I do like the marking and colorations on them.
Thanks Burn. I love the colors seen on Starlings also. Thankfully I don't have very many here though.
Great photos, especially because they are american birds I never see. Cockatoos have been attacking my sunflowers lately. I will try to get a shot of some.
I can't imagine seeing such birds as Cockatoos and Parrots flying around in flocks.I think most of us would love to see such birds in our backyards. I know I would. I would love to see some pics if you can get them.
Beautiful pic Lily! Thanks for starting the new thread!
Gardenpom I love the first shot of the Sandhill Crane!
Nice pic nanny!
Granville,We would love to see the Cockatoos!

Sorry adel, I didn't have a moment to put the link to the new one in when you posted.
I can't believe how much snow your getting!
Nice pics guys!

Very cute nanny! I saw my girl here yesterday.
thanks for sharing the shots of the Sandhill Cranes. We get them out back in the summer but I never get to see them up close. I see them in flight and hear them hollering but that's it.
Beautiful pics adel! I love those quail !
and I'm not sure who that is on the other side of the goldfinch

Thanks for the nice comments on the cardinal picture everyone. I find cardinals really hard to get the color right and that one is one of my few good cardinal shots - just lucky timing!
I was in such a rush this morning I could only get off a quick post. We had quite a big wind storm last night (which I was blissfully unaware of until I went out to my car to go to work) This big huge dead pine tree blew down acrtoss our driveway and broke a picnic table. I am SO glad it didn't blow towards my neighbor's house or hit any of our cars.
