Any among the DQs read & familiar with the book?
If yes, how does one exercise "deep breathing" to the point it's a habit? I can do it if I sit up in a chair & really really concentrate. Knowing that there are about ten other things to think about when I'm riding, I don't think concentrating on how I breathe is going to happen.
Also, why would the clinician I'm going to see end of February mention a "reverse monkey" on things I can work on? =) Is it in the book & I'm not there yet?
