Got seeds from Tobago today think he say it grows in Cannon/Swamp blue small flower, I think i looks like an Iris but I have no clue.
Help with ID would be appreciate.

Yes you have right there, I shall ask my brother in law it is he who have been to Tobago and took the picture and seeds to me. He have seen the leaf on the plant.
