Does anybody take apple cider vinegar. The organic stuff with the mother in it?

Tell me your experiences and how you take it.

I've just started to help with weight loss, and it seems to make me sick to my stomach for the first l0 minutes or so. and I can barely swollow it. I'm not taking pills but the liquid.

some folks say it's good for helping arthuritus too.
