As we become older dogs, we are needing to do these things. We have a friend and good customer that is a lawyer and we intend to patronize him.
But, what I am shopping for is direction. DH and I need to hash out what our goals are. Does anyone have any suggestions on wills, power of attorney, directives, etc.... Anything else we need to ask about or research before we go in to waste the lawyers' time?
