dragonfly62, I use 1/500 second and a front fill flash. ISO set to 100. Distance camera to subject, 5 feet.

You are welcome. Also, If you can elevate the camera well above the feeder it will give you greater depth of focus.

I take mine sitting at my computer in the house, watching the feeder with a security camera and using a remote control for the camera. They see no people.

burn_2007, they fight a lot, and thanks. When there are people about they act differently.
