English sparrow attacks Mourning dove.

The Mourning dove was rudely awakend from it's breakfast when dive bombed. The dove won.

pelletory; thanks for the link, just what I needed. I just captured this woodpecker out side the window. Only known the bird as "Tomato-head" woodpecker....what's it official name? Can you help I.D?

There are so many English sparrows that I just assumed this was another. I should have looked a little more closely.

Hi Lily, It looks like it might be a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker.

They have that black V neck that I think I see in your pic.
