I was told it was time to start a new daily pics. Let's start with a pine warbler.
DAILY PICS, VOL. #55
Beautiful pics Frank!
Thanks for starting the new thread!
Here is where we came from:

Wallaby: Great shot of your Thrush. Looks very much like its cousin over here, the Brown Thrasher.
Nanny: Cute lil Nuthatch. I'd think he's "bowing".
Frank: I do love Juncos. I've yet to get one to stand still close enough for a good shot. Our Goldfinches just showed up a couple of weeks ago here.

Chickadees taking sugar is quite normal - I've often seen our related Blue Tits taking nectar from flowers. Mahonia (Oregon-grape) is a particularly popular nectar source for them.

mrw..good shot of the goldfinches flying.
Tigerlilly..I don't think the cover comes off my hummingbird feeders.
That is an awesome shot, MRW31! I especially like the expression of the Goldfinch in the lower left-hand corner.
Very nice pictures, Frank and Tigerlily! I do like the brown-headed nuthatch, Frank, very nice.
Frank, you could set out a saucer or small bowl perhaps. I know my setup won't be practical in warmer months. We have lots of yellowjackets here.
Beautiful shots folks! I wish we had the Brown-headed Nuthatch here. We've got the Pygmy, but I've yet to see one. I have the Red-breasted all day long at the peanut pieces, and the White-breasted is starting to spend the mornings in an Incense Cedar only about 15-20 feet from the feeder area. Perhaps they'll discover the peanuts soon.
dragonfly.. was that a Eurasian Tree Sparrow in the pic with the junco? I have never seen one here.
mrw..Is that a pic of an Ibis?
WOW, You guys have really been busy!
Great shots Everyone!
MRW - sure looks like an Ibis to me.
