Ok, no one asked and I'm new so I'm allowed to ask, guess everybody else knows. Why are they puffy like that? Very nice shots by the way.

I'd love to see a side view of the chicadee I've been looking through all the pics and have been able to ID a few of my birds around here.

They do that (get puffy) when it gets cold.
