Back in the early 80's we moved into a home that had a huge clump of all white Amaryllis near the back door. They had a very strong but lovely lemony scent and they perfumed the garden when they were in bloom. We moved away from that house in '99 and I foolishly did not take a bulb with me. By that time the clump was about 3' wide, no one would have noticed. Dumb move on my part.
Can you recommend any Amaryllis that are scented? Thanks

Amputo, too. A single trumpet white. The scent is heavenly!
Hmmmm, I may have to try both! I think Amputo is closer to the bulbs I had as I do not recall them having double flowers but my nose will know.
