Anyone have a compost bin design using tires?

Tries filled with sod make great building blocks and are free (not to mention they keep them out of the landfill). I have been trying to come up with a good design for a compost bin made of tires and hoped someone already had a good design they wanted to share.

I have heard of it being done but the tires don't allow much air flow and you have to cut the side walls off to prevent water logged areas inside. They would last forever though and you could stack as many together as you needed.

I have heard concerns about them killing worms and such but I used tire planters for years and the lizards and worms loved them.
