You have to have something unique.
Movies, TV, & Stars,What is you favorite and least favorite?
or a really good voice!
I have never watched the show! Yes, I am the one.
You are unique, Victor. Can you sing-sing?
Yes yes.
heehee
The first season of Gilligan's island was in black and white. Did anyone see the movie when they actually got off the island and went back to turn it into a resort? I think the Harlem Globetrotters were in it.
On a slightly more sophisticated note, how about Gomer Pyle-well, Golly!
Courtship of Eddie's Father??
Loved Courtship of Eddies Father and Family Affair. (Buffy, Jody, Sissy and Uncle?)
Oh and how about Taxi? I love Danny Devito in that cage! Too funny! Judd Hirsch was excellent and he also did another series called Dear John if memory serves.
I hated it when he would get all mad and turn green at those PTA meetings.
Yes, me too! Mr. French.
Does anyone remeber "Petticoat Junction"??
Yes. How about the Addams Family? Andy Griffith. Room 222.
I remember a lot of the titles, but not the content.
They're creepy and they're kooky,
Mysterious and spooky,
They're all together ooky,
The Addams Family. 'snap, snap'!
I used to love BaaBaa Black Sheep...trying to remember the actor's name Robert....
Conrad.
- Used to go around with a Duracell on his shoulder. ☺
That's right - try to knock it off! I think the energizer bunny kicked his butt.
I loved Petticoat Junction, too! I watched Black Sheep, also. Come to think of it, we probably watched just about everything that was on back then. Of course, that was pre-cable!
I watched the first two Idol's. I don't know why they waste the air time on the "duds". Do they have the contestants pre-auditioned by someone else, or do the judges have to listen to all "25,000"?
The "duds" are the best part!
I never watched Idol, and finally my kids made me watch an episode. It just happened to be the one with William Hung. I laughed so hard I cried!
Since then, I have only watched about two, maybe three episodes, and all of them were at the beginning of a season. Who wants to watch the same 10 people sing every week? I think the best part is when they're weeding out the bad ones!
Primrose Sue, you think YOU were a Dark Shadows fan? I'm going to admit to something I've never admitted to before... my friend and I used to PLAY Dark Shadows. We would fight over who got to be Angelique, lol!
Ah, the truth comes out! But - were you as much in love with Quentin as I was?
I'm starting to dream about DG'ers. Our lives were actually some of these shows. I don't remember any other details.
Of course Sue - wasn't everyone, lol?
I was forbidden to watch "Dark Shadows", but it didn't stop me. I'd go over to my GF house after school so I could watch it. It started at 4pm and in the winter it was dark by 4:30. So walking home at 5 was a freaky experience, now you know the real reason why I was good in track!
I never watched it. Was it scary to you as kids?
Yes, in an excitingly creepy kinda way.
I used to be terrified of this one lilac bush at my neighbor's house as a kid. I'd cut through their yard to walk the dog, and I could've sworn that Darth Vader lived in that bush.
Darth Vader Bush.....LOL!!!
Who knew Darth Vader smelled good! hee hee
Good thing your dog was not named Luke!
Anyone remember the Japanese cartoon Gigantor? I loved it when I was real young.
Probably on while I was watching 'Supercar". ☺
Don't remember that. My older bro loved Astroboy.
Hair before my time. Never really caught Speed Racer either.
Hair?
Oh right! sorry
Gigantor! Holy Moly, now that's going back! I even remember the song! And Speed Racer was one of my favorites. I remember sitting on the couch watching that and I think George of the Jungle was on after it...?
Darth Vader Bush? The president's relative?
