Winter's here! But having Spring Memories!!

Bushland, TX(Zone 6a)

Below freezing outside, foot of snow on the ground, and snowing again now, expecting another half
of foot snow, but nice and toasty inside the greenhouse, where the bougies are blooming, and the bananas are ripening!

Hey TM! I am running in circles today trying to keep up with all of you. lol

Those nanners are coming along. Send all of them up here when they ripen!! LOL

South Venice, FL(Zone 9b)

TM, I would probably never want to find the door if I was in that greenhouse in the winter time!

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

I agree with Cathy! Who needs a door in something so beautiful?! Well, other than trying to sneak out the back door with a few plants! HE HE HE

Desoto, TX(Zone 8a)

Whew! Finally found you. Sure don't want to be locked out in the cold.

South Venice, FL(Zone 9b)

Come on in, I think we're having banana splits!

KC Metro area, MO(Zone 6a)

More like brain splits trying to keep up with everyone today! lol

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Banana brain splits, sounds interesting enough to me! LOL

KC Metro area, MO(Zone 6a)

LOL.

South Venice, FL(Zone 9b)

Tammy, you could put a buckeye on top, I'd like to try one.

Rio Rico, AZ(Zone 8a)

Put this on the other thread, but maybe I should copy it here...

Depends, Don...for us gals, sometimes it is the top! I've got cha girl! Got a towel in the kayak!

No sewing necessary...two great places are Rainbow Hawaiian Products and Hilo Hattie's. Both ship. Rainbow is less expensive and I really like their clothes, but Hilo Hattie's has great quality for the most part, so they are worth the extra $$ and you can always find things on sale.

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

is it okay to remove my shoes now?

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

I would if there were any left! They never last long around here, which is why I don't make em very often. (shhhhhhhhh it is usually me eating them!)

Rio Rico, AZ(Zone 8a)

Shoes??? Who's wearing shoes???

KC Metro area, MO(Zone 6a)

Not me that's for sure!!!

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Me either! First thing that comes off when I walk in the door! :)

Desoto, TX(Zone 8a)

Jenny said crocs would be appropriate on the lava rocks. Am not gonna miss anything. Even gonna try to snorkel. No laughing. Not, not. Be nice.

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

Shari..you're out there in the tropics!! I can't be wearing thongs here!

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

I'd try snorkeling so long as there wasn't any sharks anywhere near me! Or anything else that would bite, poke, sting, etc. etc...........LOL
I say you try everything you possibly can, then you can say you done it all! :)

Desoto, TX(Zone 8a)

I'm gettin' a late start. That's ok. Not dead yet.

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Well I for one can't wait to see the pics and hear your stories! :)

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

Putting shoes back on...early morning run tomorrow. Nite y'all!! Love ya beaucoup!

New Orleans, LA(Zone 8b)

Hi everyone. I followed LouC's link in the MidSouth forum and here I am. This is my first time here. . .I recognize Jaye and just met Misty while she was looking for Pupilpropator.

I have a small collection of tropicals and intend on building on it. I love bougainvilleas and plumerias and am seeing much more I want in this forum. I'm crazy to have come here. . .so broke from Christmas and I know there will be lots of enabling going on here. But I will take a part time job if I have to if it means I can join in here. Hope to meet all of you!
