Plant ID

I took a shot of what was (to me) an unusual fungus at Uralla. Can anyone help me with identification?

I have been hoping to see one of those, but no luck so far. I believe they are often alpine, but have become quite common around Melbourne, but not out here in Gippsland,

That is so wow. What a find.

They pop up everywhere up here, usually in forrest mulch. They smell a bit!
