Hi, I sometimes sneak a peek and enjoy the posts on this forum. I am not a scrapbooker but I do use paper in my artwork. I was wondering if someone could suggest a good quality, heavy duty mat board/ paper circle cutter for a good variety of circle sizes. I would like to cut circles from a few inches to 2 feet across.
