Hello again everyone. How is everyone doing? Getting ready for Christmas? How are the horsies doing?

I'm looking for a helmet for my niece for Christmas. I've picked one out and so far can only find it at Dover, but they want $10 to ship it. Every place should have free shipping right now! (am I cheap?) Anyway, the helmet I've picked for her is the Troxel Spirit and of course it has to be in navy, which is what is causing me the problem. The navy one has the pics of the horses on it. Size small.

Any ideas who has free/low shipping right now that may also have this helmet?

Thanks for any suggestions, I appreciate it lots!
